Corey Fagan lives in Las Vegas and has been working with Gold Buckle Services in promoting the Idaho Cutting Horse Association events, and more specifically the special community events. Corey and Sue developed Gold Buckle Champions, which works with the equine events to incorporate the youth and community.

Corey's involvement with Gold Buckle Champions in Las Vegas has teemed us with the Helldorado Rodeo, National Sr. Pro Rodeo Finals, Foster Families of Southern Nevada, and Virtual Schools of Nevada.

She has implemented events like; Pony Express Mail to seniors and veterans.

Is a Third generation native of Idaho, growing up in the Boise area, working playing and raising my children.

I left the area for ten years ,and resided in Utah, where I gained valuable training in senior management.

I returned eight years ago and moved to the Canyon County area where we now reside.

During my career in photocopiers I have been associated with fortune 500/100 companies such as Ikon(Ricoh)

Boise Office equipment (Xerox) and Oce (Canon.

I have been in various positions from Sales, Administartion, Warehouse, Purchasing to Director of Finance and have become proficient in various core competencies.

Jonni Maurer, Excursion Coordinator, is a 6th generation Idahoan and LOVES the State of Idaho and all it has to offer. She enjoys everything about the outdoors including camping, fishing, hiking, and biking. Growing up with horses she has traveled all around the northwest representing some of the largest Rodeo's as a Queen.  She can appreciate the true beauty Idaho has to offer and is passionate about Idaho tourism.  She has a 17 year background in scheduling, record keeping, and managing a busy local healthcare business.

Sue Marostica, a native to Idaho, whose family has been involved in ranching and logging in Idaho for five generations.

She and her husband Vic, have raised two daughters and two nieces that have held numerous queen titles in the Treasure Valley, and was instrumental in developing the original Snake River Stampeder’s performing at the NFR and the Winter Olympics in Salt Lake City, Utah

She has served on the board of directors for Miss Rodeo Idaho, the Eh-Capa Bareback Riders, and District II High School Rodeo. Sue maintains two websites and several equine publications producing articles about Idaho, horses and our western heritage.

Owner/President of Gold Buckle Services,  currently the Futurity & Aged Event Coordinator for all of the Idaho Cutting Horse Association’s events, and Executive Director for Gold Buckle Champion, dedicated to furthering the education of equine health and safety, while preserving our western heritage and history by promoting equine events that incorporate the youth and community. As the ED for Gold Buckle Champion, she has helped develop several scholarship and reward programs for the youth.  “Legends in the Making” is a rewards/scholarship program to teach our youth life skills that they can use in everyday life.  They earn points that they can later buy scholarships and other merits in an auction. The other is the “Gabrielle Sanborn Youth Memorial Scholarship” for youth who participate in equine events.

Developing Gold Buckle Champion as a non-profit came naturally with all the rewarding projects that she has worked on in the community.
